Her extensive professional background includes founding and exiting Ujala Life, a tech-forward ABA therapy company, where she led operations, tech automation, and capital raises.
She has also served as a Partner at Freesolo Capital, where she invested in and has led growth of healthcare technology and services companies. She focused on sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities and fostering sustainable growth in the outpatient setting through technology automation.
Prior to Freesolo and Ujala Life, Manusha held senior roles in corporate strategy and business development at Mediphore, a technology platform driving data interoperability for health systems, and Nirvana Health, a tech-forward PBM. Earlier, she worked in healthcare private equity at HarbourVest Partners and healthcare investment banking at Piper Sandler & Co.

He has built a proven record of scaling healthcare delivery, leading mergers and acquisitions, and improving financial and operational performance across national health systems. Jessee threads the needle of driving value to an organization with a true passion for supporting and "seeing" the clinical and business leaders in the organization.
During his 30 years, Jessee has developed hundreds of physical locations, leveraging real estate and development acumen, M&A expertise, and a deep understanding of the driving forces in a P&L that result in profitable, supportive, and mission oriented practices.
He leverages his extensive clinical experience with his deep operational know-how to create highly effective and supportive teams. With a deep understanding of the macros that drive ability to scale appropriately and a kind and approachable demeanor, Jessee fosters an environment of trust, transparency, and supportiveness.
